BPR Communications provides management services to assist organizations accomplish their mission through managing the challenge of change occurring in the economic, social, and political environments in Canada.

 
Since 1991, we have served a diverse group of organizations providing executive leadership to develop sustainable strategies and execute business plans that give our clients a competitive edge in communicating their ideas, services, and products.


BPR Communications works with public and private sector organizations, federal, provincial, and municipal governments, and the media.

Hugh Moran - President

Hugh is president of BPR Communications, a division of By-Pass Ranch Ltd., a company he founded, that has operated a ranching business, and a real estate brokerage, Canada Trust Moran Real Estate.


Since 1991, BPR Communications has provided management services to assist clients establish relationships and work with community, business and political leaders in the public and private sector, the Indigenous community as well as federal, provincial, and municipal governments across Canada, and internationally.


Hugh has served a diverse group of organizations: the Ontario Petroleum Institute, an industry association representing companies and individuals involved in oil and natural gas development, hydrocarbon storage and salt/solution mining; the David Thompson Health Trust, an Alberta organization assisting communities raise funds for health care; and the New Brunswick Salmon Growers’ Association, representing the Atlantic Canada salmon aquaculture industry.


His experience also includes leading a lobbying campaign in response to the closure of a Canadian Forces Base, chairing a Federal/Provincial Government Industrial Adjustment Committee to deal with the closure of the Campbell Soup plant, and working on a hospital restructuring study for the Ontario Ministry of Health.


Hugh has been involved in community service volunteering with the Canadian Cancer Society, United Way, and Voiceprint-National Reading Service for the Blind.
